Audi Digital Twin allows Audi car owners to create a comprehensive and trustworthy digital profile of their vehicles, to shared with prospective private buyers and Audi dealers.
This digital profile aims to increase trust and transparency during the car resale process by ensuring potential buyers have access to accurate, updated and certified information.
When I joined the project, both the iOS app and web version only supported the creation of a basic certificate in PDF format, which users could share.
Additionally, the web version and the app lacked feature parity, leading to an inconsistent and incoherent user experience across platforms. This discrepancy caused significant confusion and friction for users.
Furthermore, the user flows, onboarding process, and digital certificate creation were unintuitive, overly complex, and extremely confusing.
Based on user research and data-driven decisions, I identified the main pain points and redesigned the app and web UX/UI, user flows, and onboarding process to enhance the overall user experience.
I crafted the interface and interactions for new, innovative features across both platforms.
I also conceptualized original ideas to simplify and enhance user-friendliness, addressing complex design roadblocks and flows.

11-month capstone project with Seat Code (Spain) and Audi teams (Germany)
Audi UIs range from websites to applications for a particular service. In the context of this project, I worked with the Audi Design System to develop and design all the interfaces and user experiences for the App, website platform, and landing page.
Established to be the single source of truth for product teams working on Audi products across the globe this Design System is extremely complete but also complex, with different sources of information and guidance.
This required a highly concentrated and effectively coordinated approach with all the different parties and departments involved in the project.
Ongoing user research played a pivotal role in this project, serving as a guiding compass that steered the entire development process in the right direction.
User research allowed to gain deep insights into the needs, preferences, and behaviors of the target users, identify pain points and enabling and help designing a solution that were not only functional but also user-centric.
The user flow lays out the path a user follows within the Audi Digital Twin App, mapping out each and every step the user takes— from entry point right through to the final interaction.
The Audi Digital Twin App (iOS) is a valuable tool for Audi car owners aiming to sell their vehicle. It enables users to create and share a comprehensive profile of their car, detailing the original configuration, service history, and other pertinent information.
Within the app, users can:

The web version of the project includes a landing page and the user platform interface accessible after onboarding.
The landing page introduces and guides users through the main features and benefits of the Digital Twin Certificate, showing how it helps Audi car owners create and share a detailed profile of their vehicle with potential buyers or dealers.
